Dr. Carol Bennett
Dr. Carol Bennett has lived in Bel-Air for 35 years with her husband and their two children. Dr. Bennett spent 20 plus years as Chief of Urology at the Veterans’ Administration Hospital in Ann Arbor. She maintains her position at UCLA as a Professor of Urology. Additionally, she has demonstrated innovation in implementing various novel patient care strategies such as televised remote access clinics and e-consults, which have allowed her to expand patient access to care while decreasing clinic appointment delays and times. She has been active in many professional associations, and is the author of numerous professional articles in the areas of neurourology and male infertility. Dr. Bennett is married to Keith Black, MD who is Chairman of the Department Neurosurgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.

Adam Fannon
Adam Fannon has been the CEO/General Manager of the Bel-Air Country Club since 2013. Prior to Bel-Air, he ran high end clubs throughout the United States. As a former golf professional, he has a love for the game of golf and the great outdoors. The Bel-Air Country Club was founded in 1925 by Alphonso Bell and is recognized as one of the first golf courses in the United States that was combined with a residential development. Spanning 145 acres, BACC has been a long-time partner with the Bel-Air Association, working together for the betterment of the Bel-Air community.

MARK GOODMAN MD
Dr. Goodman has lived in the area for 35 years. Finishing with Honors at UCLA, he organized Emergency Care courses and served on Ethics, Patient Safety, and Risk Management Committees. A Diplomat of the Board of Internal Medicine, and American College of Physicians member. He’s practiced medicine for 24 years, teaching UCLA medical students as an Assistant Clinical Professor. Since 2016, he’s Chaired the BAA’s Emergency Preparedness/Neighborhood Watch where he helped manage communications during the Skirball, Getty and other fires; has organized/led BAA EP public meetings; and has helped establish an emergency communication network and evacuation grid with block by block team captains. He is one of Bel-Air’s Neighborhood Council Board representatives. LAFD CERT trained, and having also completed the highest -level LAPD Community Police Academy. Mark is on the Community Police Advisory Board and has been the BAA LAPD and LAFD Liaison. With other philanthropy, he Chaired LACMA’s American Art Council.

Felicia Ferrari HEDLEY
Felicia Ferrari has lived in the Bel-Air community for over 28 years with her husband and their two children. Felicia has been on both The John Thomas Dye Parent Board and the Harvard-Westlake Parent Board throughout the years her children attended and remains active helping students explore career options through mentoring and internship opportunities. She graduated from UCSB with a degree in Business Economics and established her career as a Business Strategist and Finance professional at Xerox Corporation. Felicia continued her career working as an Asset Manager for an international Investment company. She has supported numerous charities and worked on homeless encampments with the City of Los Angeles in the Rampart Division. She is trained and certified as a Los Angeles area first responder at UCLA. Felicia is a passionate gardener who envisions “Keep Bel-Air Beautiful” as integral part of the Bel-Air Association’s mission to preserve the beauty & integrity of our special community.

EVAN KLEBE
Evan Klebe is a private equity investor and Managing Director at Beach Point Capital Management. Over the past two decades, he has served on numerous corporate boards across a diverse set of industries. Evan received his undergraduate degree from Harvard College and Masters in Business Administration from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania. He lives in Bel Air with his wife and two daughters.

Lisa A Levin, attorney and television development associate, has been living in the Bel Air neighborhood for the past ten years. Lisa is interested in our local community and betterment of our neighborhood.

JAMIE MEYER
Jamie Meyer is a retired certified family law attorney and is a member of the Bel-Air Garden Club and the Jonathan Club. She has lived in Bel-Air for over 45 years and has headed our community Wildlife Watch Program since 2010. She is also extremely active in a number of organizations that focus on the welfare of young people, especially those with disabilities. Jamie is married to Charles Meyer (Chuck). They have a daughter, Lucy, who is a Special Olympics athlete and is a spokesperson and advocate for young people with disabilities both domestically and internationally.

John Morris
John Morris has lived in Bel-Air for 25 years and actively works with the Bel-Air Association board members on security issues threatening our community.
John graduated from UCLA with a BA in Economics and an MBA from the University of Southern California. He is the president and CIO of an investment company with a portfolio that includes commercial real estate, venture capital, private equity, global equities, and global fixed income. He has served as a board member of many organizations, including the California Housing Finance Agency, the California World Trade Commission, The State Bar of California, The Gerald R. Ford Presidential Foundation, and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University.

Arman Mouhibian has over 40 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant, specializing in tax planning, consultation, compliance and representation before the Internal Revenue Service and other tax authorities. Clientele has included corporations, partnerships, trusts, professionals, and high net-worth individuals involved in various industries, with an emphasis in real estate, entertainment, sports, investments, and manufacturing. Over the past 25 years, he has served as a CFO, consultant, director, owner, and investor in several start-up companies, in several industries, including emerging markets mineral and oil exploration, global ventures in the music industry, food and beverage, video games and software. He also provides financial planning services.
My wife and I have lived in Bel-Air for over 20 years and enjoy cooking and travel and spending time with our children and grandchildren.

Formally trained in both architecture and landscape architecture, Mark Rios has long seen those two disciplines as inseparable. Mark founded RIOS with a singular vision: to imagine, design, and build complete environments. Mark is a long-time resident of Bel-Air, and having spent years in our community, he has worked to maintain the architectural beauty of our hillside community while finding ways to add sophistication and elegance through his own creations. He is also involved in the Architectural Supervising Committee, overseeing CC&Rs and development plans.

Fredric D. Rosen was the former CEO of Ticketmaster Corp. and the architect of its success. He has been involved in community issues for the last 10 years, as well as serving on many corporate boards. He continues to be involved in many charitable endeavors.

Jonathan Silver
Jonathan Silver serves as co-chair of the Bel-Air Association Architectural Review & Construction Impact Committee. He is a residential and commercial developer. The assistance he provided during the aftermath of the recent storms has been extremely valuable to our members. He has lived with his wife Ariella and their two children in Bel-Air for five years and plans to stay here forever. He loves to ski, hike, and travel with his family and spend time with their family dog named Jax.

Gail Sroloff
Gail Sroloff is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she was an intercollegiate athlete and majored in Exercise Science. She is a founding faculty member of Milken Community High School and started and directed the Athletic and Physical Education Departments until her retirement 12 years ago. Since her retirement, Gail has been active as a mentor in the Fulfillment Fund and as an ambassador for the non-profit Canine Companions for Independence. Gail has lived in Bel-Air with her husband Shelly for 14 years and represents Bel-Air as an elected BABCNC member. She desires to remain on the board to help maintain the beauty, safety and tranquility of our Bel-Air Community.

BLAIR TANNER
Blair Tanner is a native of Los Angeles and long time resident of Bel Air where he lives with his wife Jud, young son Atlas, and yellow Labrador Hamilton. Blair is dedicated to helping his neighbors improve and protect their community and is currently a Board member of the Bel Air Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council. Blair is the founder of Tanner & White Properties, a real estate company that specializes in developing distinguished properties from concept to completion. He also owns Tanner Consolidated, a diverse holding company with a broad spectrum of capabilities, focused on real estate, hospitality, club, service, and food & beverage industries. Blair holds a Masters of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California, a Juris Doctor at Loyola Law School, and a Bachelor of Science in Business at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. He remains a licensed Member of the California State Bar.

LESLIE WEISBERG
Leslie Weisberg is out to change our experience of search. Her start-up, Perseev, is a digital news and information aggregator offering integrative engagement with curated picture content sourced from trustworthy publishers. Using pictures instead text, Perseev reimagines the way we search to discover and consume content, disrupting the space between news and social media.
Leslie attended Phillips Exeter Academy and Barnard College, Columbia University where she studied political science and international affairs. She worked for New York Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan and PBS’s The News Hour before pivoting into the film industry where she collaborated on numerous big-budget Hollywood movies including When a Man Loves a Woman, Message in a Bottle and Angel Eyes.
Leslie’s interests include politics, policy and community. She sits on the Planning and Land Use Committee, as well as a subsidiary Ad-Hoc Planning and Land Use Committee and the Transportation Committees of The Bel Air Beverly Crest Neighborhood Council. She’s a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy and serves in numerous spouse leadership capacities in Young President’s Organization (YPO). Leslie is married to Jim Hyman and is the mother of twin 20-year-old sons.
